GlowUp ACS is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping students, recent graduates, career changers, and underserved professionals bridge the gap between education and employment. We address the "experience paradox"—the challenge of needing experience to get a job while needing a job to gain experience—through hands-on internship programs, mentorship, real-world projects, professional development training, and career support. Our goal is to make high-quality career-building opportunities more accessible, helping participants develop practical skills, build confidence, strengthen their portfolios, and create meaningful pathways toward long-term career success.
