About the Role
GlowUp ACS is seeking Community Board Members who are passionate about expanding access to professional opportunities for students, career changers, and underrepresented talent.
Community Board Members don’t need to be experts in nonprofit management or a particular profession. Instead, they help ensure our organization remains connected to the communities we serve by offering thoughtful perspectives, asking important questions, and helping guide our long-term direction.

Responsibilities
- Attend regular board meetings
- Participate in organizational planning
- Vote on major organizational decisions
- Represent the interests of our community
- Serve as an ambassador for GlowUp ACS
- Provide thoughtful feedback on initiatives
- Support the Executive Director through governance and accountability
